My Pets

I love my pets! Right now, I have 1 dog, 2 cats, 1 cockatiel, a fish tank, and several chickens...........of course these are just the extras I have besides the horses!

Cookie Dog

Cookie

Cookie is a big mutt.  Hehe, he is really a mix between an ole yellow farm dog and maybe a bulldog.  He is the best all around farm dog!!  My grand-daughter named him when he was a puppy-----she thought he looked like a chocolate chip cookie!  That was about 6 years ago.  He doesn't look like that now!!

K.C.

K.C.

K.C. stands for Kitty Cat, I wasn't very creative when I named him, LOL!!  He is a grey and white tom cat.  I got him when he was just a little guy.  He wanders off now and then for about a week or two, then comes back home to eat and get loved on.  He can be very pushey, though,,,,,,,pet me, PET ME!!  I love him, though!

PITA

PITA

PITA is a tiny kitty that I just couldn't resist!  She was in a box with her littermates just outside the door of our local grocery store.  I tell everyone that she just jumped out of that box, attached herself to my shirt, and wouldn't let go!  It did kind of happen that way!  Anyway, she came home with me and now she is the spoiled house kitty!

Lady

Lady--HAS FOUND A NEW HOME!

Lady appears to be a Lasa Apso.  She was a stray that my daughter found on our gravel road a year ago last Christmas.  I took her in when an owner could not be found.  She is house trained, about 7 years old, and a real sweetheart!  She is looking for a new home at this time!
UPDATE!!  LADY HAS FOUND A NEW HOME!!

Smokie

Smokie

Smokie is the baby at our house.  He is about 8 months old now.  I got him on our way to visit our newest grandchild in the hospital.  We stopped at a little store on the way, and this tiny kitty had been dumped off!!  He was probably only a month old!!  I just couldn't leave him behind!  The store even donated a box of kitten food for him.  As you can see, he is spoiled.........he eats at the high chair!
SAD UPDATE:  Smokie is no longer with us.  He appearently was poisoned and we could not save him.  I don't know what he got into, but he was outside and started getting sick.  I tried for two days to get him to eat and drink to no avail.  I will miss him terribly.
